Special Events & Private Parties

Special events and private parties are opportunities for us to work more closely with our guests, occasions for us to share our dedication to celebration in exciting new ways. Enjoy over 10,000 square feet of party space featuring two unique bars. The Arlington Ale House offers Arlington Heights a new way to celebrate special events and private parties with a great location and exceptional service. The best part? Choose from a variety of caterers for your event or bring in your own food but you won't be limited to one menu. Just ask us about our catering favorites and recommendations. We accept a limited number of reservations each week and up to six months in advance for groups of 30 to 300 guests. 21+ only during business hours.

If you want to come with your friends and not pay any fees, great, come on in. Seating is first come first serve. We have plenty of community tables and we would love to have you! Please note that no outside beverages are allowed and please do not move any tables. No decorations are allowed to hang from our walls or ceilings. No food warmers are allowed on our tabletops. Just steps away from the Metra, Arlington Ale House is in the middle of all of the action. 
Only 3 miles from I-90, we are located in the heart of downtown Arlington Heights in the Metropolis building. Enjoy free street parking as well as access to garage parking



 

The BACK BAR

 (formally our pub and cantina)

Step into our newly renovated Back Bar space featuring seating for approximately #60 guests. Catch the latest game on 5 large TVs at the bar and a jumbo TV on the east wall. Perfect for gatherings that do not require a stage setup. Take your pick from a selection of over 20 beers, ciders, wines, and cocktails. Catering options can be provided by Eleganté Cuisine, Mago Grill & Cantina Restaurant, Peggy Kinnane’s, or feel free to bring your own food. We have no restrictions on food choices, although external beverages are not permitted. Ideal for events with 75-140 attendees. Rental fees start at $350 with a host tab & Cash bar options prices vary. Stop by to determine if it meets your event requirements.



The -Main bar (below)

Our Main Bar is the central hub of Arlington Ale House. This classic Americana urban space is perfect for any occasion. With over 20 taps on hand serving up beers and ciders as well as our wide selection of bottled beers, ciders and curated wines. Enjoy your drink while playing Bozo Buckets, bubble hockey or play shuffle board. Our stage is the main focus in this space with 2 large tv’s anchoring each corner. (recommended for parties of 150-200) Rental prices start at $450 with a host tab option, Cash bar pricing varies.


Pricing & Reservation Policy. We offer several spaces for Private Party Reservations with a host tab or cash bar. Small groups from #30-50 guests up to #300 guests. Your private party includes a private bar area or space with 1-5 bartenders serving your group drinks on one tab or cash bar. We staff according to the size of your party. If you haven’t seen our spaces personally, we highly suggest setting up an appointment during business hours and deciding which space will work best for your budget and event. Walks in are not recommended as we do not always have event staff available to book parties or answer questions. Our bartenders do not book parties so please be kind to our staff if you decide to pop in with questions. No one under 21 may attend your event unless its outside of our regular business hours.
