We are the entire third floor of the Metropolis building in Downtown Arlington Heights. Our address is 111 W. Campbell St, 3rd Floor | Arlington Heights, IL. 60005. Look for the “Metropolis Performing Arts” marquee.

We are 21+ only. No one under 21 allowed on the premises — this includes infants in strollers, high‑schoolers, and anyone without valid ID. We card everyone upon entry.

Street parking is available with 2 hour limits ending at 7pm. The Vail Garage has free parking during our business hours but also has permit parking so please keep an eye out for the parking spots allocated for permit parking only. You will get a ticket.

We don’t have a kitchen to serve food. You can bring food or you can order food for delivery. Please keep in mind we do not have plates, napkins or utensils.

When a customer starts a tab, we ask for a credit card. We authorize the card for $20 to ensure it’s a valid card. When the customer is ready to close the tab, we cancel the $20 authorization and charge the card for the amount on the tab only. Sometimes the $20 lingers but will never be charged to your account.

We do not offer table reservations. We don’t have a hostess and seating is on a first come first serve basis. You do have the option to book a rental space which would include a rental fee and a minimum tab requirement. For party inquiries, please reach out at alehouse2021@gmail.com

Left behind credit cards, phones, purses, and jackets can be picked up during our regular business hours only. Staff aren’t on the premises on days we are closed, and most of us work other jobs during the week. We’re sorry, but from Sunday through Wednesday no one is available to meet for pick up. We open at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings unless otherwise noted.
